If you're upgrading to a newer computer or consolidating data, getting everything just right can be a real trick. We can transfer all your data quickly and painlessly, with full backups of all computers involved for added peace of mind.
    

Data Disposal

In this day and age, you can't be too careful when it comes to identity theft. You should never throw away an old computer, because sophisticated identity thieves can still glean tons of information off your computer's hard drive. To combat this, we use equally sophisticated programs to completely erase and overwrite your computer's hard disk prior to disposal.

Memory Upgrades

The more memory you have, the faster your computer runs and the more programs your computer can run simultaneously. Many older computers now require more RAM (random-access memory) in order to efficiently run the modern software programs being released today. It doesn't matter if you have no idea what kind of RAM your computer uses; we can find out for you and get your computer running faster in no time.
    

Hardware Installation

Video cards, TV Tuners, wireless cards -- these types of hardware upgrades and more all require taking your computer apart and putting it back together again. If you'd rather not (and we don't blame you), give us a call! We can usually get your new device installed in an hour or less, and we can usually come right to you!
    

Operating System Installation/Reinstallation/Repair

Operating systems (for example, Microsoft Windows) can become corrupted, leading to performance problems or, in extreme cases, your computer's failure to even start up. We can repair your operating system or perform what is known as a "clean install" your operating system. We can also create partitioned hard drives for dual-bootable operating systems (subject to hardware and software requiremens). NOTE: Original operating system and/or software disks are not required, but if you don't have them, we'll need to obtain a new copy of the operating system or software you're wanting to install.
